How do I sign up or sign in?
Use email and a password, or Continue with Google. Your name is collected at sign-up; a phone number is optional.
How do I reset my password?
Choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen and follow the email link. Google accounts have no separate password — just use Continue with Google.
Why am I "signed out — opened on another screen"?
Each account allows one active screen at a time. Opening AlgoPloy on a second device or tab signs the first out; choose Use here to move the session to the current screen.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Yes, but not at the same time — one live session per account. Your watchlist, layout and drawings follow you when you sign in on another device.
AI intelligence
What does the AI actually do?
It connects the order-flow, market-profile and volume-profile signals and narrates what the auction is doing, in plain words — turning raw data into market context.
Is the AI giving me trading advice?
No. It describes what's happening in the market; it does not recommend trades or predict prices. Decisions are yours.
Alerts & screener
What can I set alerts on?
On order-flow, market-profile and volume-profile facts — e.g. absorption, imbalance, HVN rejection or value migration — for the charted symbol or a whole universe.
How do alerts fire?
Server-side, once per bar when the fact becomes true, so they work whether or not your tab is open. Fired alerts show as a toast and in the alerts log.
What does the screener do?
It scans your chosen instruments — Nifty 50 / 100 / 200 / 500 — for the same facts, pre-open and intraday, so you find setups across the list, not one chart at a time.
Billing & subscriptions
How much does it cost?
Plans start from ₹499/month. NSE Stocks + Index Futures is ₹999/mo (₹2,399/qtr); MCX Commodities and Currency are ₹499/mo (₹1,199/qtr) each. See Pricing.
Can I subscribe to more than one market?
Yes — pick any combination; you pay only for the segments you choose, and can add or drop a market anytime.
Monthly or quarterly?
Both. Quarterly bills once every three months and is about 20% cheaper than paying monthly.
How do I change or cancel?
Manage plans from your account. A cancellation stays active until the end of the paid period. See Refund & Cancellation.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards and net-banking via our payment partner. Prices are in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes.
Charts, data & feed
The chart says "connecting" or shows no data.
Live data flows during market hours only; outside them the feed is quiet — use Replay to study past sessions. If it persists during market hours, check your connection and then contact support with the symbol and timeframe.
What are the data hours?
Each segment follows its exchange session — NSE, MCX and CDS have their own hours, mapped per contract. Outside those, replay any recorded session.
Which browsers are supported?
The latest Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on desktop. The real-time engine needs a modern browser.

Do I need to install anything?
No. AlgoPloy is fully web-based — open it in a modern browser and start. Nothing to download or update.
Is AlgoPloy a broker?
No. It's an analytics and charting platform — not a broker or a SEBI-registered adviser. It doesn't place trades or give advice.

How do I get started?
Create an account and open a chart. Candlestick charts are free, and the full order-flow suite is free for your first day.
Can I try it before paying?

I'm new to order flow — where do I learn?

Order flow & profile
What is order flow / a footprint?
The footprint shows bid × ask volume at every price on every candle — the traded auction, level by level — so you can see aggression, absorption and imbalance.
What are delta, CVD and POC?
Delta is buy minus sell volume on a bar; CVD is the running total across the session; POC is the price with the most volume. AlgoPloy computes them once (in Rust) so live and replay always agree.
What does market profile show?
The day's auction as a shape — TPO letters, value area, initial balance and single prints — showing where the market spent time and found acceptance or rejection.
What is volume profile / HVN / LVN?
Volume at price for the session (or composite), with high- and low-volume nodes and a migrating VPOC — where business actually happened.
Security & legal
Is my data and payment secure?
Payments are handled by our payment partner; we never store card details. Access is gated per account, and your preferences are tied to your login.
How is my personal information handled?
See our Privacy Policy. We collect what's needed to run your account and nothing gratuitous.
