Nature and Use of the Platform
AlgoPloy is a web-based market-analysis and charting platform providing order-flow, footprint, market-profile, volume-profile, delta/CVD, screener and alert tools for informational and analytical purposes only. AlgoPloy is a software and analytics platform. It does not execute trades, place or route orders, manage funds, or act on your behalf in the markets. Any decision to buy or sell any instrument is solely yours.
Eligibility & Account
You represent that you are over 18. You agree to provide correct, true and authentic information, and are responsible for its accuracy. We may verify information and may decline or cancel access without providing a reason.
Payments & Subscriptions
Some features are free; others require a paid Subscription. You agree to use only a payment instrument lawfully owned by you and to provide valid payment details. Payments are processed by third-party gateways subject to their terms. We are not liable for payment fraud; the liability for fraudulent use of a payment instrument is yours.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, logos and software of AlgoPloy are the property of AlgoPloy and/or its licensors. You may view and use the Service subject to these Terms. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works, or use the AlgoPloy name or marks, without permission.
Alerts
We may provide automatic and voluntary alerts. Because alerts are not encrypted, we never include your password. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current. See the Alert Disclaimer below.
Termination
You may terminate by written request. We may suspend or withdraw the Service, wholly or in part, with or without notice, for maintenance, security, breach of these Terms, or as required by law.
Disclaimers
AlgoPloy is a tool to help you analyze the markets; do your own due diligence. Analysis is based on established parameters and may be wrong. AlgoPloy is not a registered broker-dealer or investment adviser and is not registered with SEBI in any capacity. Alert Disclaimer
Alerts may be delayed or prevented by many factors. We neither guarantee delivery nor the accuracy of any alert, and are not liable for delays, failures, or actions taken in reliance on an alert.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlgoPloy and Amanah Innovations LLP, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoPloy shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profit or business. Our aggregate liability for any claim will at all times be limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Bangalore under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time; material changes will be posted here. Continuing to use the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
