Please read the Refund & Cancellation Policy fully before subscribing. This policy applies to all paid Subscriptions purchased through AlgoPloy, operated by Amanah Innovations LLP. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
Free Look-up Period
Free look-up time: 1 service day — one calendar date from the date the service starts (e.g. if the service starts on 1st Jan, the free look-up ends on 1st Jan at 11:59 pm). If you wish to cancel and request a refund of a newly purchased Subscription, apply through a written request to hello@algoploy.com from your registered email ID, and get your money back.
A refund request will be entertained ONLY if we receive it within one (1) day from the date of purchase. Any request sent on subsequent dates will not be entertained. This aligns with the one-day full-access trial on our pricing page. Free features (such as the candlestick chart) carry no charge and so no refund applies to them.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
- Email hello@algoploy.com from your registered email ID within the free look-up period.
- Include your account email and the plan/segment you purchased.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; the time to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
